    Do you have a showroom?

    We operate as a fully online business and do not have a physical showroom. However, we deliver across the UK. Beds Hub is a UK-owned and registered company, and all orders are delivered directly to your doorstep.

    How can I request a custom design or layout?

    If you would like a custom bed design, please contact our support team before placing your order. You can share your preferred dimensions, fabric choice, storage type, or a reference photo, and we will confirm whether the design is possible along with the pricing.

    What standard UK bed sizes do you offer?

    We manufacture beds in all standard UK sizes:

    • Single: 3ft x 6ft 3in (90 x 190 cm)
    • Small Double: 4ft x 6ft (120 x 190 cm)
    • Double: 4ft 6in x 6ft 3in (135 x 190 cm)
    • King: 5ft x 6ft 6in (150 x 200 cm)
    • Super King: 6ft x 6ft 6in (180 x 200 cm)
    Will I receive the same bed as shown in the picture?

    Yes. The bed you receive will match the design shown on our website. The only variation will be the colour or fabric option you select when placing your order.

    What is the difference between a slatted base ottoman and a solid base ottoman?

    Slatted Base Ottoman
    This option is delivered flat-packed and requires assembly. It uses wooden slats to support the mattress, providing strong and reliable support.

    Solid Base Ottoman
    This version arrives pre-built in two sections. It offers two large storage compartments and a solid wooden base for stronger mattress support. Because of its size, it is better suited for homes with wider staircases and easier access.

    The key difference lies in construction, storage design, and assembly requirements.

    Do you deliver to all areas of the UK?

    We currently deliver to most mainland UK locations. However, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, regions above Aberdeen, or any offshore islands.

    Please note that deliveries to certain postcode areas may incur an additional delivery charge and may take up to 7 extra working days beyond our standard delivery timeframe.

    The following postcode areas have delivery surcharges:

    Zone A – £40 Delivery Surcharge
    PA, PH, DD, AB, FK, KY, KA, DG, TR, PL, TQ, EX

    Zone B – £50 Delivery Surcharge
    CT, BH, PO, SO, TA, DT

    Non-Delivery Areas
    KW, IV, ZE, IM, JE, GY, HS, CO

    We recommend checking your postcode before placing an order to ensure delivery is available for your area.

    What measurements should I check before ordering?

    Before ordering your bed, it is important to ensure it can fit through your home’s access points.

    We recommend measuring:

    • The width and height of doorways
    • Hallways and staircases
    • The space in your bedroom where the bed will be placed

    Since the headboard is usually the largest component, ensure it can pass through doors and corners. If you need help, our support team will be happy to guide you.

    Can I return an item?

    As all of our beds are made to order in your selected size, fabric, and colour, they are non-returnable.
