All our beds include a 2-year structural guarantee, covering:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faults in construction or materials

If a covered issue arises within this period, we will:

  • Replace it where appropriate

This guarantee is provided in addition to your legal rights.

5. What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under returns or guarantee:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Improper assembly or failure to follow care instructions

6. Incorrect Size or Access Issues

Free returns are not available in the following cases:

  • An incorrect size has been ordered
  • The product cannot fit through doorways, staircases, or access points

Any compensation or resolution in such situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
